Beca's eyes flared open. "He just spoke!" she said excitedly. "He said his name was Soul!" She took a step forward, then hung back, keeping by A'yan's side. "Wait..." she stared intently at Soul. "You did speak, right?"

F'yt stepped up to Enti slowly and bowed to her. Neya leaned forward to sniff at the Saura.

((You do realize that Enti grabbed her tunic in her teeth, right?))
Ai froze, startled, as she was seized, but knew better than to jerk away or yell as she was thoroughly examined. The Saura whuffed in her face and she, remembering runnerbeast manners, blew into the creature's nose.
Enti snorted, startled that the Nohoof knew her ways, and picked up a foreleg carefully, eyeing the others again. They seemed acceptable. I am Enti, she transmitted to the first three.
Ai blinked, startled. "Your name is Enti?" she asked. The Saura nodded- she thought. "Wow..."

The Saura turned on Beca in surprise. He hadn't talked to her...yet, in a way, Soul felt the inclination to actually say something to her, too...

"They have the bodies of a runnerbeast for the most part. Only a few minor differences when you look at them. They are amazing," said Mordikhan as he appeared beside F'yt. Mordikhan bowed to Enti and then Soul.

A'yan felt as if he were frozen; as if the ability to move had been leeched from his limbs. Had he just heard a voice in his head? You should be used to that Saiyith told him, amused. He would have scowled, but he was too paralyzed to do so. "I'm called A'yan," he told the Prince warily, with polite dip of his head. It must have looked rather odd: he didn't know why he had bothered to introduce himself, but...He felt privelaged to have heard the creature speak. None the less, he couldn't help fidgeting, now that they obviously weren't intending to attack, and stood stock still when the mother of the Clutch approached him, taking the hem of the tunic in her teeth. He didn't dare disrupt her, uncertain as to why she had done so. However, she didn't seem to disapprove of him, and so as she continued by, he visibly relaxed, letting out a breath that he hadn't realized he was holding. He shot a glance over the two females who had accompanied him immediately, and then Beca, nodding minutely to her with a weak smile. When he heard another voice, this one distinctly feminine, his eyes widened. He bowed again, this one longer and lower in a show of human politeness.

Enti nickered amusedly. Odd name, she said.
"I'm Ai," said Ai immediately.
Also odd, Nohoof. As Sanaa came over, Enti eyed her. She seemed fine, so she was accepted and asked her name, which was also afforded the response of "odd."

Beca glanced over to Enti. She wasn't completely sure that she had said anything to her, but... "And I'm Beca, Enti," she said, trying to sound respectful and trying to quell her excitment.

Mordikhan produced two apples and handed them to F'yt. "Offer them as a gift to the Saura's," muttered Mordikhan. F'yt took a small step forward and held up the apples, one in each hand.

A'yan frowned at the Sauras momentarily, but then offered a crooked smile at the, and a shrug. {Not my fault my name is strange} he grumbled to Saiyith. {My parents did it!} The Winter sent wry amusement in return. "Very true--And it's my pleasure to meet both of you, Enti; Soul." He studied them curiously, hoping that it wasn't too obvious how intrigued he was to be half-conversing with creatures part runnerbeast, and part dragon. The only solace he had was that the names of most of the others were deemed just as odd.

His apple was offered delicately to his mate; he had no use for redfruits. Enti loved them, on the other hoof, and so it became a gift for her...

"I'm Hachi!" she said, cheerfully, but still with minor fear. Thalia squeaked,I'm Thalia!

Neya was still sniffing Enti. F'yt looked at her and sighed. "If Neya bothers you, just tell me and I can get her to leave you alone," he said to Soul and Enti.
ooc: Once again, Jeni, Thanks for the use of the name.
